ACCEPTANCE

By using and/or visiting the HentaiToon Website (collectively, including but not limited to all Content, Uploads and User Submissions available through hentaitoon.com, "HentaiToon", the website) you signify your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth herein and the terms and conditions of HentaiToon's privacy policy incorporated herein, and all future amendments and modifications (collectively referred to as the "Agreement"). By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein, then do not use hentaitoon.com.

The terms and conditions of this Agreement are subject to change by HentaiToon at any time in its sole discretion and you agree to be bound by any and all modifications, changes and/or revisions. If you do not agree to be bound by any and all modifications, changes and/or revisions to this agreement, you may not use hentaitoon.com.

The terms and conditions set forth herein apply to all visitors to HentaiToon and you are only authorized to use hentaitoon.com if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

DESCRIPTION

The HentaiToon Website provides streaming and viewing of adult animated content (hentai, anime, manga adaptations). HentaiToon contains animated video content created by Japanese studios and independent artists. All content is fictional and animated - no real persons are depicted. HentaiToon allows its visitors to view the Content subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The HentaiToon Website may also contain certain links to third party websites that are in no way owned or controlled by HentaiToon. HentaiToon assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, practices of any third party websites. HentaiToon cannot censor or edit the content of third party sites. You acknowledge that HentaiToon will not be liable for any liability arising from your use of any third party website.

HentaiToon is for your personal use and may not be used for any commercial endeavor except those specifically approved by hentaitoon.com. Any illegal and/or unauthorized use of HentaiToon is prohibited including but not limited to, collecting usernames and email addresses for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails or unauthorized framing of or linking to the HentaiToon Website is prohibited.

CONDUCT

You acknowledge and agree that by using HentaiToon you will not engage in any activity that:

• Violates any local, state, national or international law
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its servers
• Interferes with or disrupts the Website or servers
• Uses automated means (bots, scrapers) to access content
• Attempts to copy, download or redistribute content without permission
• Harasses or threatens other visitors or our staff

HentaiToon reserves the right to terminate access for any visitor who violates these terms, and to cooperate with law enforcement if illegal activities are suspected.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Content contained on HentaiToon except User Submissions, including but not limited to text, software, scripts, graphics, music, videos, photos, sounds, interactive features and trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein, are owned by and/or licensed to HentaiToon, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under United States, Canadian and foreign laws and international conventions.

Content on the Website is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners. HentaiToon reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Website and the Content.

CONTENT POLICY

All content on HentaiToon consists exclusively of animated works (hentai, anime, manga). We aggregate content from Japanese animation studios and independent artists. HentaiToon does not host content depicting real persons.

HentaiToon maintains strict policies regarding content:

• Only animated/drawn content is permitted - no real person content
• All characters must be depicted as adults within their fictional context
• We respond promptly to valid DMCA takedown requests from studios and artists
• We fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations

If you encounter any content that appears to depict real persons, or violates our policies, please report it immediately.

ACCESS TERMINATION POLICY

HentaiToon reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Website for any visitor who violates these Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, visitors who attempt to circumvent security measures, use automated tools to scrape content, or engage in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the Website. Termination may occur at any time, without notice, and at our sole discretion.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

FEES

You acknowledge that HentaiToon reserves the right to charge for the HentaiToon services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. Further, in the event HentaiToon terminates your rights to use the Website because of a breach of this Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.

WARRANTIES

You represent and warrant that all information provided by you to HentaiToon to participate in the HentaiToon Website is accurate and current and you have all necessary rights, power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the acts required of you hereunder.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE HentaiToon WEBSITE SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, hentaitoon.tv, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE AND YOUR USE THEREOF. hentaitoon.tv MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THIS SITE'S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY SITES LINKED TO THIS SITE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL HentaiToon, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.

INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless HentaiToon, its parent company, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the HentaiToon Website
• Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third party right
• Any claim that your User Submissions caused damage to a third party

ASSIGNMENT

The Terms and Conditions set forth herein and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by HentaiToon without restriction. If any term, clause or provision of the agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or operation of any other term, clause or provision.
